To be a sensitive person in a not-sensitive world can be a struggle! We often get lost in our communication and often lose the connection to our inner voice. How can we find it again to become more true to ourselves and to the ones we´re talking to? From our very beginning we were looking for and wanted to listen to a loving caring voice, where we could rest and be ourselves. We all know the sound of it. As grownups we keep searching for that sound and very little listen to the spoken words from someone. We listen more to the undertones and meaning in combination with body language when we try to understand what the person we talk to really mean.
By using a theatre method, we practise different possibilities to explore ourselves finding more personal expressions/voices. By answering questions like: Who am I? What do I want to communicate? How, in what way, will I manage to achieve that? We will open up for the true loving voice that really wants to reach out and emotionally touch the ones we ́re talking to. Presence, Awareness, Mindfulness, Listening, Sending Energy, Playfulness, Creativity and Body language, are some keywords in this workshop.
